About the Role
As a Mammographer, you’ll be at the forefront of breast imaging services, playing a vital role in early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives through high-quality care and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening and diagnostic mammography using advanced digital imaging equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate diagnostic outcomes.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to training initiatives.
• Stay updated with advancements in breast imaging technology and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or related field.
• Current registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria.
• Minimum 5 years experience in diagnostic radiography, with a focus on mammography.
• Strong understanding of breast anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centred care.

Desirable:

• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in mammography or breast imaging.
• Experience in breast ultrasound or additional breast imaging modalities.
• Skills in quality improvement initiatives and team leadership.
