Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
- Manage employee relations, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
