We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin Officer / Accountant
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities


  • Provide assistance and support to the organization in development and execution of stated goals and objectives
  • Maintains and updates records and statistical reports
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Raise invoices with the required document and follow-up with payments
  • Control and maintain inventory for department and other business units and other general support supplies
  • Maintain appropriate contact and develop good relations with external parties inclusive customers and other organizations that can influence and impact upon company operation and service levels
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.
