Job Position: Admin Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
- The General Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within Pharma Ethics.
- This role involves managing office resources, supporting staff, coordinating administrative activities, and maintaining efficient systems to enhance productivity.
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail distribution.
- ge logistics, including booking venues, arranging travel, and catering services.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with relevant service providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare, review, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Liaise with external vendors to procure goods and services
- Monitor office budgets, track expenditures, and report discrepancies.
- Provide regular administrative updates to management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other administrative tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
