Responsibilities:
As a Polyvalent Worker at our charming Riad near Jamaa El Fna, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This dynamic position requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Check-In and Check-Out Management:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and facilitate a seamless check-in process.
Ensure accurate and efficient check-out procedures, providing a positive farewell experience.
Customer Service:Address and resolve daily issues faced by guests with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere, offering assistance and information to enhance guests' overall experience.
Flexibility and Adaptability:Be responsive to the evolving needs of both guests and the establishment.
Handle unexpected challenges and emergencies with composure and efficiency.
Multilingual Communication:Communicate effectively in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
