Tasks as follow :
- Develop the customer portfolio through acquiring new customers for charter and
concierge activities
- Retain existing customers and implement actions to increase turnover with these
customers of the Company
- Ensure the management of the Company's customers with very high level of exigence
- Ensure the A to Z process of customer booking from request to invoicing
-Take responsibility for one or more cross-functional missions
- Execute prospecting actions using appropriate techniques (phoning, mailing, participation in events, physical meetings, social networks, etc.)
- Manage your customer portfolio by collecting and structuring information about them, then use it in a relevant way to retain them
- Process all incoming requests quickly, rigorously and efficiently while respecting the Company's values and processes
- Use professional tools to guarantee a very high level of services and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the reception of customers/passengers if departure/arrival is from available airport
- Maintain contact with the customer after their return to collect their feedback
- Communicate invoicing elements to accounting.
- Manage customer requests with or without theft and search for suppliers to
satisfy customers
- Achieve revenue targets
