We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Mexico City, Mexico.
Job Purpose:
Develop and administer Purchasing Center plans and processes for a range of activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services on terms that are in the organization’s best interest.
Your tasks:
- Develop and administer Purchasing Center plans and processes for a range of activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services on terms that are in the organization’s best interest.
- Prioritize and coordinate the purchase to pay process ensuring compliance with global, regional and local procedures and policies
- Identify internal demand; handle non-catalogue requests
- Prioritize and encourage the use of procurement catalogues
- Cooperate with suppliers and internal business partners
- Prepare plans to provide user support on e-Purchasing tools (e.g. first level support, management of e-purchasing catalogue)
- Understand and analyze issues and coordinate master data management
- Actively drive process improvement and standardization

- Bachelors Degree
Experience Level
- More than 4 years
- English
