Responsibilities :

• To involve in pre-sales activities (to carry out technical demonstrations on engineering surveying & troubleshooting).
• To provide after-sales services, delivery, training & support to the customers.
• To involve in field works for project
• Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
• Oversee and handle daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow at project site.
• Analyze, evaluate, and diagnose technical problems effectively.
• Ensure all service tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.

Requirements:

• Candidates with "Program Pendidikan dan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional (TVET)" highly preferred for this role.
• Candidates with previous wireman, pw2 or pw4 experience would match well.
• Candidates should possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Post graduate Diploma, preferably in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Industrial).
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Candidate with knowledge in automation industry related products will be added advantage.
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
• Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as a team.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transport (car)
• Must be computer literate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
