Duties & Responsibilities
· Key-in data according to the code and types of the item/spare part into the system.
· Key-in all return or damage item for record.
· Key-in report for closing or balancing stock
· Filing all the store issue note and goods return note.
· Checking the documents e.g. invoices before key-in into the systems to make sure the entire internal and external cost center is correct.
· Print analysis report for billing.
Requirement
· Possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
· Candidates with working experience in a related field will be an added advantages.
· Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
· Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.
· Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
· Fresh graduates/Entry level applications are encouraged to apply.
· Based in Kuala Baram Industrial Estate, Miri.
