Job Requirements:

• At Least Part II Architectural registration with LAM;
• Minimum 5 years working experience on high rise Buildings as Graduate Architect
• Good knowledge of Concept Design, Design Development, Detailing and Construction practices;
• Good Presentation Skill and able to produce impressive Architectural Design Presentation
• Good Coordination Skill with all Design Disciplines, BIM Consultant and Contractors.
• Able to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis;
• Required skills: Auto Cad, Sketchup, Lumion are compulsory. Revit, Adobe PS/Indesign, MS Powerpoint etc;
• Posses Strong Client Relationship and Management Skills;
• A Team Player, Good Articulation and Writing Skills;
• Able to think strategically and can lead a documentation team;
• Sound knowledge of local codes and approval processes in Malaysia;
• Experience in designing high rises and commercial projects and work independently, including coordination of works with other consultants

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
