PRODUCTION PROCESS TRAINER

- Minimum bachelor's degree holder.
- Well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- PC Literate (Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word)
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Conduct comprehensive operational and non-operational training programs for manufacturing specialists, aligning with established training procedures to ensure consistent work methodologies.
- Update and maintain the Operative Certification record of Trainees.
- Facilitate generic training programs and internal courses to employees.
- Responsible in keeping track of trainee’s attendance under training.
- Develop and implement training materials, training aids, and other tools for training.
- Prioritize trainee safety and report incidents promptly to security if any accident occurs to trainee(s) during training.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
