Job Summary:
Focus on guest experience in line with MBO Premier Hall aesthetics further enhancing the guest cinematic experience in the cinema.

• Welcome guest into the Premier lounge and hall.
• Receive dine in orders and/or any other request.
• Handle and/or serve food orders to the guest in timely manner.
• Work with team members to ensure delivery of quality service and food items.
• Ensure cleanliness of the Premier lounge, hall and washroom at all times.
• Demonstrate first-hand knowledge of the cinematic experience to be achieved in the Premier hall.
• Maintain courteous and gracious service to the guest at all times.

Job Requirements:

• At least a SPM.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to handle cash.
• Able to interact with Management, co-workers, Public.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional attitude.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in other languages would be an advantage.
• Willing to work during public holiday, weekend and shift.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
