We are seeking a reliable and efficient Driver cum Admin to support the Operations Director's daily operations. The ideal candidate will not only excel at driving and vehicle maintenance but also assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:

• Driving Operations Director around Johor and Singapore region (1-2 times per week to Singapore)
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Maintain and organize office supplies and files.
• Support the team with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
• Handle correspondence and communication as needed.
• Assist in record-keeping and report generation.

Any other task as assigned by Operations Director.
Qualifications:

• Valid Malaysia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to speak, read and write in English
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably for corporate management.
• Ability to use a GPS to aid navigation during driving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends as required.
• Based at Gelang Patah, Johor
• Possess good attitude
