Job Description
Daily Operations:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring incoming and outgoing materials are processed efficiently, accurately and in good condition.

Warehouse Organization:

• Ensure goods inside the warehouse are properly stacked and arranged tidily.
• Enforce segregation practices and maintain cleanliness within the warehouse.

Transportation Management:

• Conduct daily audits of lorries for both local and outstation deliveries.
• Manage local and outstation transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Health & Safety :

• Regularly inspect the warehouse to ensure adherence to safety regulations, particularly for chemical storage.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting periodic stock checks.
• Oversee proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.

Reporting & Communication:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, sales and customer service, to ensure operational alignment.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to uphold operational standards.
• Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse and logistics operations and propose solutions to the management to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at lease Diploma level

• Knowledge in driving forklift

• Knowledge in using computer in basic Microsoft office tools

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operation

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidates without experience but who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Management will provide comprehensive training.
