Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Executive at Humanology, you will:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create innovative strategies to promote our diverse services, including consultancy, e-learning platforms, and psychology assessments.
• Content Creation and Management: Produce compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters to engage audiences.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Digital Marketing: Optimize SEO/SEM strategies and manage online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with presentations, promotional materials, and leads generation.

Job Specification
Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Skills and Competencies:

• Creativity: Ability to design unique campaigns and generate original ideas.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Enthusiasm to learn about our diverse services and communicate them effectively to various audiences.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of e-learning, psychology assessments, or consultancy services is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
