Service Status update

• Attend to enquiries/complaints promptly by answering phone calls and replying to emails from outlets and suppliers/repairers in order to solve immediate problems.
• Monitor and track pending service lead time by following up with respective suppliers/repairers in order to make sure the repair job complete within 10 working days.
• Monitor the service status update by tracking the job in service portal in order to ensure the service status shown in service portal are up to date.
• Seek approval by informing respective suppliers to perform DN for service sets/stock sets in order to maintain service lead time at a healthy level.
• Inform DN approval by liaising with suppliers and respective person in charge (Area Manager, Team Manager) in order to carry out DN process which aligns with DN SOP.
• Take immediate action by arising any complaint/issue in order to provide optimal service level.
• Track service lead time for the whole operational process by preparing weekly report from system in order to ensure repair completion rate is maintained at the optimal service level.

Logistic Administrator/Support

• Liaise with respective person in charge by verifying the physical location of the faulty service set/trade in set, in order to arrange supplier for collection.
• Update replacement note in the system by ensuring faulty set has been received in order to settle the unsettle invoices.
• Extend replacement note, if expired by updating in the system, with the approval from AM in order avoid misuse of replacement note.
• Organize the faulty set in warehouse by arranging based on category in order to smoothen the collection process for suppliers
• Perform documentation for collection note by ensuring the collection notes are updated on daily basis in order to keep track of the faulty set collection status.

Requirements:

• SPM/SKM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office, MS Words, MS Power Point and etc
