Job Responsibilities:
· Host Live Streaming Sessions: Engage with viewers in real-time on Tik Tok and other social media platforms, showcasing and promoting Lancaster Polo’s products.
· Create Engaging Content: Develop fun, creative, and interactive content that resonates with our target audience.
· Sales and Product Promotion: Effectively present and sell products during live sessions, contributing to the growth of our online sales and build up brand followers.
· Customer Interaction: Respond to viewer questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
· Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of livestreams and campaigns.
· Monitor Feedback: Track viewer engagement, sales conversions, and any technical issues, adjusting live sessions as needed to improve viewer experience and sales performance.
· Represent the Brand: Uphold Tracey Star’s brand(s) image by maintaining a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor on camera.
Job Requirements:
· Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
· Experience: Prior experience in live hosting, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not required. We welcome fresh talents who are eager to learn and grow.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
· Personality: Outgoing, energetic, confident, and with a strong on-camera presence that can engage and excite an online audience.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms and livestreaming tools. Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
· Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations, whether it's technical issues or unplanned changes during live sessions.
· Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable on camera, with an eye for style and fashion.
· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively to curate thematic content planning with the marketing, content, and ecommerce teams to achieve brand goals.
· Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate live streaming schedules.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and the ability to address and resolve viewer concerns or technical issues promptly during livestreams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
