Job Description for Litigation Clerk: • Assist lawyers in preparing and attending to all related Debt Recovery documents such as cause papers for Civil action, Foreclosure, Winding up, auction etc and correspondences • filing court documents via the court e-filing system • Monitor and follow up closely with all the files. • Provide secretarial/office administrative/ support in the day-to-day running of the legal firm • Maintain proper records/filling of correspondences and documents which Job Requirements for Lititgation Clerk • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent. • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team. • Good working attitude, resourceful, diligent, responsible, willing to learn, polite, and humble at all times • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels. • Proficient in MS Office Word and Outlook. • Familiar with e-filing and online banking • Independent and willing to work with minimum supervision – quality and quantity of work equally important. Remuneration Remuneration will commensurate with experience. Preferably with 1 to 2 years banking litigation / recovery experience. [Fresh graduates may apply and training will be provided] Job Location This role will be based in our office in Mont Kiara Kuala Lumpur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
