Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support to customers under supervision.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to autonomous mobile robots.
• Support in answering technical questions and providing basic instructions for problem resolution.
• Aid in programming autonomous mobile robots under guidance.
• Assist in conducting periodic and preventive maintenance for customers' autonomous mobile robots.
• Support troubleshooting of software or hardware issues with autonomous mobile robots under supervision.
• Participate in meetings with other departments and present status updates on support activities.

Job & Skill Requirements:

• Candidates possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Software Engineering.
• Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have good software technical knowledge and programming skills.
• Have basic knowledge for language: Python, HTML, Java Script
• Have basic knowledge for data management or data analytic.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to generate, share, and follow through on creative ideas.
• Ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
