We're looking for a dedicated HR Operation Consultant to join our team in Malaysia to carry out responsibilities in the areas of payroll processing and compensations & benefits management. This is a work-from-home position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Comparison and Payroll System Setup:
- Evaluate and compare various vendors to select the best services for our HR needs.
- Implement and manage a payroll system that meets local requirements.
2. Tax and Insurance Account Management:
- Handle the setup of tax and insurance accounts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations for tax and insurance processes.
3. Employee Handbook and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain the employee handbook for our Malaysia office.
- Manage all necessary documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Research on Local Benefits and Welfare Systems:
- Conduct research on Malaysia's benefits and welfare systems, including leave policies and insurance plans.
- Provide recommendations on best practices and suitable options for employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Malaysia’s labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or English.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
