Job Description
PONGO is looking to fill up the space of a Talent manager, to support the operations of live stream. The selected candidate will form a part of the Marketing team and will support in the execution of Tiktok operations.

• Create and maintain a database of live host and manage outreach efforts
• Create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve business performance
• Identify, and conduct live host search
• Evaluating potential talent
• Negotiating deals and contracts with talent
• Fulfilling sourcing requirements and achieving the placement target
• Build and maintain a network of talent
• Provide guidance and support to help talent improve their skills, develop their value, and enhance their marketability
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Have experience in social media marketing and agency/KOL management
• Proven track record of managing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with external partners
• Experience in the livestreaming or entertainment industry
• Existing network of live host resources

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
