RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To ensure works are being carried out in accordance to contract specification, timeline and within project budgetary cost.
2. To liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, sub-contractor, Authorities, and also establish a working project program / schedule.
3. To prepare report weekly / monthly and progress are well maintained to submitted on time and submission to client.
4. To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and safety regulation and followed by the workers/sub-contractor.
5. To attend meeting/discussion with relevant Authorities, Consultant & Client as/when is required.
6. To prepare material requisition and monitoring the material delivery as per project requirement.
7. To ensure all project documents (i.e. drawings, bill of quantity, site memo, Site Instruction, etc.) properly issued to site supervisor and subcontractors.
8. To ensure all works inspected & RFI submitted properly signed by all parties as per contract requirement.
9. To ensure all queries/clarification raised by Client been responded in timely manner.
10. To liaise with Client on joint measurement sheet (JMS) including inspection and preparation of all relevant documents.
11. To verify subcontractor’s site progress and material delivered to site.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 years working experience in electrical construction field or equivalent.
3. Valid CIDB, NTSP, GCQP, RAA & ETC.
4. Advantages : Candidate who have been involved with TNB project
5. Required language : English & Bahasa Malaysia
6. Required skills : Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
7. Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive, capable to work independently and can work under pressure.
8. Willing to travel/transfer/outstation
