Job Description

• Attend site and accurately perform site surveys prior to design.
• Create Auto CAD designs for approval by the client.
• Serve as contact point and liaison person with architects, contractors, and design Managers with regards to the specific details and to ensure correct size, details, stones and patterns are manufactured correctly.
• Prepare production paperwork from templates and create the cutting sheets, following productions systems and procedures.
• Responsibilities and duties of the role may be modified according to the needs and requirements of the Company and work.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experiences, preferably from the construction or equivalent.
• Possess previous experience working in the construction industry in a similar role. Preferably experience within the marble and granite sector and CAD drawings.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team.
• Possess on site experience – setting out, surveying and measuring to a very precise level.
• Production of detailed using Auto CAD and Photoshop for technical drawings. This includes preparation of production paperwork from templates and create cutting sheets.
• Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Working Time:
Monday - Friday; 8.00am-5.30pm
Remuneration:
RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
Working Location:
3, Jalan Perusahaan 3, Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, 43300 Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia.
