1. To assist SC Manager on monitoring and oversees the whole operation of operational building and M&E System
2. Ensure maintenance works, services filled in the Maintenance Requisition Form (MRF) and proper record in Daily Log Book
3. Ensure all M&E works carried out by registered services contractor follow schedule and according to the contract’s agreement.
4. To plan, implement and monitor the working schedule for each Facility staff in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive activities.
5. To ensure the all M&E was serviced and tested as per schedule.
6. Responsible to register Competency Qualification with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and ensure all electrical system in good condition
7. To ensure maximum security and safety for all M&E operations and to minimize interruption.
8. To ensure all documentation for servicing and repairing was completed as per schedule.
9. To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as:
► Air Conditioning System
► Plumbing System
► Fire Protection System
► LPG System
► Water Supply System
Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree Holder or Certificate of Competency as Chargeman B0 or AO issued by Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• 3-5 years working experience in M&E major in building management.
