Cuisine Specializations (Current Openings)
We are currently hiring for the following specializations:

• Western Cuisine: Preparation of classic and contemporary dishes.
• Asian Cuisine: Focused on diverse flavors from East and Southeast Asia.
• Sushi Preparation: Traditional and modern sushi techniques.
• Pastry & Desserts: Creative baked goods, plated desserts, and pastries.
• Pantry Operations: Cold food preparation, including salads and garnishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in daily food preparation and service.
• Prepare and cook various dishes, including meat, seafood, and vegetables, using advanced cooking techniques like braising, grilling, and sautéing.
• Follow company recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with HACCP and onboard sanitation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in quality dining establishments (cruise ships, hotels, or fine dining preferred).
• Proficient in knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and public health compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills.
• No visible tattoo
