As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing top-notch administrative support.
Job description:
As Junior Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Sales Support Manager.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and indirect sales support to the Sales Support Manager and CEO.
- Manage travel, meetings and expenses for the Managing Director and CEO..
- Schedule meetings and support internal and external sales events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales documents as requested.
- Maintain client database and CRM, ensure accuracy of information.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- A first experience in an administrative position is an advantage.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently handle calls from prospects, ensuring a positive experience and addressing their needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Pipedrive is a plus.
