Your tasks

• Participate in IT projects or improvements around Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Conduct research and draft IT studies, knowledge articles, scripts, or designs.
• Test, implement and document new IT components, configurations, or processes.
• Take ownership of delegated activities related to project coordination, administration, and reporting.
• Actively participate in the second level support of existing IT solutions.
• Attend meetings with IT experts, end-users or representatives from other RTL group entities.

Your profile

• Holding or in final year of a relevant higher education degree in an IT-related domain.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Power Platform, Copilot, Power Shell, or similar technologies.
• IT Security, Service Management or Project Management frameworks are assets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive team player, rigorous and eager to learn.
