Client Services Administrator - Leudelange, Luxembourg
- Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)
- Work Arrangements: (Hybrid) 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- Rate: €550-€650 a day
Introduction:
One of our clients, who is a leading custodian bank based in Leudelange, Luxembourg is seeking a Client Services Representative.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle queries and calls from investors of NTGS SE clients (Funds).
- Provide exceptional communication and support to investors.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- In-depth knowledge of the fund industry, particularly Transfer Agency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Transfer Agency systems (e.g., MFTA or similar).
- Highly organized and capable of working independently.
