To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a BA - Cost Center Implementation Consultant.
Services Description
As experienced Business Analyst, the consultant will lead the analysis of the AS-IS financial processes and recommend a future
cost center structure that aligns with the client’s strategic goals, identifying business use cases, and outlining necessary changes
to processes, systems, and individual responsibilities. The consultant must propose business-driven solutions, taking into account
stakeholder needs, constraints, and best practices from other financial institutions. The role requires in-depth experience with of
cost centers, business use cases, and should focus on ensuring the final model is “fit for purpose” and endorsed by senior
management.

Services Description
As experienced Business Analyst, the consultant will lead the analysis of the AS-IS financial processes and recommend a future
cost center structure that aligns with the client’s strategic goals, identifying business use cases, and outlining necessary changes
to processes, systems, and individual responsibilities. The consultant must propose business-driven solutions, taking into account
stakeholder needs, constraints, and best practices from other financial institutions. The role requires in-depth experience with of
cost centers, business use cases, and should focus on ensuring the final model is “fit for purpose” and endorsed by senior
management.
Deliverables
- Collaborate with F&C and other internal stakeholders to identify requirements and limitations for the future model
- Leveraging on her/his past experience, propose solutions that bridge requirements with limitations and constraints
- Identify and document business use cases to ensure the new cost center framework meets stakeholder needs
- Develop a comprehensive AS-IS analysis and target cost centers proposal that focuses on delivering a solution for
growth and scalability within client’s financial structure
- Analyse existing processes, systems, and roles to determine necessary changes for the new framework
- Liaise with the impacted stakeholders, including the ERP provider, to estimate the impacts associated with the proposed

Support the Project Manager in delivering project Steer Cos, status report, risks and issues
Technical skills
- At least 8 years of proven business analysis experience in financial accounting projects, ideally including cost centres
and cost centers, ideally in financial institutions, capital markets, or banking
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and IT, ideally with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems, including
- Relevant knowledge of cost controlling and financial reporting
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT by working closely with financial and control teams, as well as
- Proven experience in delivering projects, through the full life cycle, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Experience in providing clear and concise reporting at a senior management level
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
Soft skills:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently and effectively with colleagues
- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as external parties
- Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations and requirements
- Experience in driving business transition by fostering collaboration between departments/divisions and gaining
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to manage difficult conversations with different stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
Details
- Combination of 40% on-site in Luxembourg and up to 60% off-site
