Job Summary
We are looking for a Supervisor to manage workers and ensure smooth daily operations. If you have experience in hospitality, can communicate well, and are a good leader, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of workers in their daily tasks.
- Assign work and ensure it is done properly and on time.
- Solve problems and make sure the team works well together.
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
- Make sure all workers follow safety rules and company policies.
- Experience in managing people, preferably in hospitality or a similar field.
- Fluent speaking and understanding of English.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Monthly salary up to 350 KD.
