Large Format Printing - Print Production Operative

They will learn and develop the following skills:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating large format printing machinery to produce various printed materials including banners, posters, and signage.
- Ensure all printing jobs are completed accurately and within designated timelines.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistent output.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Handle and organize materials and supplies needed for printing jobs.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule printing jobs based on deadlines.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Follow established procedures and quality control standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in printed materials.
- Assist in packaging and shipping finished products to clients as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Full training will be provided, no prior experience necessary for the right candidate.
- Experience with manual work is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced printing environment.
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
