General Operative - Dun Laoighaire

Sixt Ireland is an Irish owned and operated franchise of Sixt rent a car, one of the longest established car rental companies in the world. Sixt rent a car has been in operation since 1912.
This role is a full time General Operative role assisting with branch operations.
Duties will include, but are not limited to;

Delivering excellent levels of customer service
Managing any customer queries and concerns regarding their rental
Cleaning and preparation of rental vehicles to a premium standard, both inside and outside
Checking in of returning vehicles and additional products/accessories (e.g. satnavs, wifi to go) and processing required paperwork for incoming customers
Assessing returning vehicles to account for any new damages and assist customers in processing any associated paperwork or transactions
Parking, moving and refuelling vehicles
Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties
Processing paperwork (scanning, printing, filing etc...)
Processing charges and logging into system
General administrative tasks as required by Location Manager
Any other duties as required by your Line Manager

Role Requirements

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Full B Driving licence, or equivalent
A team player, who works on their own initiaitive
Someone with experience using Microsoft Office and Windows-based software programmes
Flexibility to work shifts rostered between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
