Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Front Desk R eceptionist to join us at The Cashel Palace Hotel.
Role & Responsibilities:

Receive and register guests on arrival in line with Company check-in procedures.
Answer telephone calls promptly (within 3 rings) in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure that all documentation relating to the registration and checking out of guests is in accordance with Company procedures.
This role will involve working 2/3 days over 7 to include weekend work.
Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable
