Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance service 至少2年相關維護經驗
- Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A0 or above / Construction Industry Safety Training / other Skill Cards / Knowledge in industrial safety and BMS system will be a plus 持有電工A0牌或以上 / 平安咭(綠咭) / 其他註冊熟練技工 / 熟悉工業安全及BMS系統者將獲優先考慮
Job Duties
- Carry out repairs, regular maintenance of Club facilities, mechanical plants and equipment as required 根據需要進行維修，定期維護會所設施，機械和設備
- To be responsible for the maintenance of E&M, engineering facilities, the interior and exterior etc. of the entire club 負責維護整個會所內外的機電，工程設施等
- Assist the Technical Supervisor to ensure the club facilities and equipment are operating in good condition 協助技術督導確保會所設施和設備良好運作
- Support the Club events and activities 協助會所活動
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls 及時並有效地應接緊急電話
