Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth daily operation
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house and make sure the tables are well set-up
• Introduce our offerings to customers according to their preference
• Handle customer enquiry professionally
• Maintain proper storage of floor materials and replenish when necessary
• Suggest solutions to achieve goals and sales target

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Self-motivated and proactive. We appreciate a 'can-do' attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Be friendly and cheerful
• Fluent in English and/or Cantonese
• Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
