Requirements for the Job
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Min. 5 years ‘Restaurant Manager’ experience in HK western dining
- Strong leadership with an outgoing and energetic personality
- In charge of hiring, training, staff rosters and service briefings
- Excellent guest relations, able to upsell to increase revenue
- Great communication skills, adaptable and team-playing
- Ability to keep high staff morale, develop the team and ‘lead by example’
- Solution-focused, strong problem-solving skills
- Report to Top Management and follow instructions
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Work Permit: living and allowed to work in Hong Kong
