Registry - Executive Assistant

The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: EA (REG) 2024-11-29)
- provide administrative and clerical support for Registry’s core services, mainly student recruitment and admissions;
- assist in the implementation of large-scale student recruitment and academic events, such as the University Information Day, Convocation for New Students, Graduation Ceremony, etc;
- assist in the preparation of internal and external meeting documents; and
- answer general enquiries and maintain the admission website.
Applicants Should
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree;
- be proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing and software publishing;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- be organised, responsible and self-motivated and able to work independently; and
- be a good team player and quick learner, and willing to work flexible hours if necessary.
