We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Network infrastructure talent to join our Digital Technology team. You will have the opportunity to design, implement & participate in network infrastructure projects.

(Internal title: Associate Technology Engineer - Infra/Network)

You'll be bringing these values to us…
Plan, design, analyze, implement new projects for network infrastructure and work with internal and external stakeholders for smooth and timely projects delivery
Measure projects/systems performance to identify the areas for enhancement, formulate and execute the action plans for continuous improvement
Design and develop the system infrastructure to ensure a stable IT environment
Configure, install and troubleshooting network devices, including switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi etc.
Maintain good performance on network infrastructure & ensure the network connectivity and stability
Provide timely & reliable resolutions to network infrastructure-related incidents
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Provide technical support to users on network infrastructure related matters
Research and evaluation of network technology and recommending purchases of network equipment
Assist in IT-related procurement

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/have…
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
Holder of CCNA / CCNP / MSCE / ITIL is preferred
Experience in complex technology environment in sizable company
Experience in infrastructure setup, including server rooms, servers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IP Phone and Communication and Networking projects
Experience in procurement is a definite plus
Proficient in configuration of mainstream network equipment e.g. switches, routers & load balancers
Experience in Software-Defined Network/ or Next-Generation firewall and WAN optimization
Ability / knowledge of awareness on new products for network
A good team player with positive attitude and strong ownership
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and schedules
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage
Working Location: Tsuen Wan (near MTR)
