Job Responsibilities:
Act as a credible and trusted advisor for service units to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Responsible for talent acquisition and retention activities and to ensure timeliness in the process.
Manage Compensation and Benefits activities and ensure human resources practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
Identify and drive HR best practices across the organization with continuous improvement to promote and enable an inspiring and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the organization's brand.
Participate or lead various assigned HR projects.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources management, of which 3 years at supervisory level.
Experience in NGO, healthcare settings and familiar with license requirements of elderly services would be an advantage.
Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and applicable related policies and laws.
Self-motivated, strong team spirit and able to work under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Computer literacy.
