Job Descriptions:
To handle all the reservations and re-confirm the booking to ensure the validity of booking

To build up rapport with guests, especially with regular guests

To reinforces hotel image and impress customers with warm hospitality during their dining at the restaurant

Requirements:
Form 5 or above or related disciplines with minimum 3 years related experience

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
