Principal responsibilities

Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the planning of business strategies and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to formulate business and budget plans.
- Monitor and review the financial and business performances and identify / recommend opportunities to improve business results.
- Monitor the department’s P&L, KPIs and strategic action plans and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver the required business results.
- Ensure adherence to bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures and to mitigate the risks.
- Lead, groom and coach a team to specialize in card product management.
Requirements
- University degree or a relevant experience
- Senior management professional with people managerial experience in the credit card business with broad business and social networks
- Solid experience in card product management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, customer focused, positive team player and independent
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
