Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive innovation in the trading industry? My client looking for a Hands-on Lead (VP / SVP / ED level) to spearhead their Exchange Execution Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of their exchange and matching engines.
Oversee a global team of up to 10 developers across the APAC region.
Engage in hands-on architecture, design, and development of low-latency trading infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with Product, Quant, and Management teams.

What they need:

Solid Java experience, API development, Websocket designs, Frameworks and more!
A track record of managing high performance global teams
Architecture and (hands on) Development of Trading Systems
Solid understanding of various Derivatives asset classes
Excellent communicator!
