Responsibilities

Perform routine clerical and documentation works to support the department.

Assist to execute all the administrative process in department.

Prepare staff and subcontractor roster and maintain attendance record per department at timely basis

Collect and distribute documents between different departments

Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

DSE/HKCEE or above with 1 year clerical working experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Immediate available is highly preferred
