• Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use software to create and monitor items, demand, and document (Product Cloud, ERP, Anaplan, Connect, etc.)
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Analyze and monthly report of 3PL
• Collaborate with warehouse employees, customs agents, and others to ensure business
• Report to BC, HQ & to management on stock levels, issues etc.
• Report to authorities (LOTIFY)
• Comply with the legally required regulations for imported goods. (Licenses, labeling, etc.)
• Stock control and stock taking

• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• An analytical mind with strong math skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Under/Post graduate education preferably in logistics or similar field
• Proficiency in written and verbal English & Greek
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP) is a plus
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CPIM) is a plus
