Anquan is looking for a Sales and After Sales Support Officer for its experience center at Glyka Nera, Athens.

Job Summary

Sales/After Sales Support Officer handles customers and activities for Anquan. His/Her responsibilities include supporting sales and after sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties and documentation and promoting customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks

Communicate with customers and sales regarding their inquiries for order status, delivery date, customer complaint status.

Communicate with other departments and affiliates to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

Handling orders by phone, email, or mail.

Handling of After Sales cases.

Prepare offers according to Salesmen guidance to facilitate the orders process.

Follow up with Customer Service and Business to ensure that orders are produced & shipped as per customer requirements.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)

Competent user of Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment

Relevant experience will be taken into positive consideration, but is not necessary
