Your responsabilities:
- Handle incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails from Dutch-speaking clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Build trust through clear and professional communication.
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
- Maintain records of interactions and update customer accounts.
- Meet performance targets and follow company guidelines.
- You speak Dutch in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- You already live in Athens or willing to relocate there
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Start date: 03.01
- Working schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:00-19:00 (8h/day, 5 days/ week)
- Weekends are always free!
- Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
- Work in our modern office in Athens - Neos Kosmos

- Full relocation support (flight ticket to Athens, 2 weeks accommodation, and transport).
- Monthly base salary: 1450€ gross
- Additional performance bonus: Up to 145€ gross/month
