Air Energy is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the Construction and Development of wind farms in Greece. With a commitment to sustainability and innovation, we deliver energy solutions that drive both environmental and economic benefits. We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to lead the construction department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating various projects and construction teams, contractors, suppliers, designers, and partners.
- Managing company contracts and projects.
- Communicating effectively with project owners to resolve all issues at every construction stage with a professional approach.
- Managing multiple projects and resources to achieve corporate goals within set timelines and financial objectives.
- Preparing and monitoring weekly and monthly progress and financial flow reports.
- Organizing, forecasting tasks, and identifying potential risks that could impact work progress and sequencing.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements, implementing the Quality Plan according to client specifications.
- Preparing certifications and invoices among all contracting parties.
- Ensuring implementation of the Health & Safety Plan and adherence to environmental terms.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Renewable Energy (RES) or in roadwork projects.

Basic Requirements
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Renewable Energy (RES) or in roadwork projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and good knowledge of Auto CAD.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Valid driver's license.
