Role Overview
The Guest Experience Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest experience team. They are ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Role Overview
The Guest Experience Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest experience team. They are ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting the guest experience team, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Managing guest interactions, ensuring their needs are met and any complaints or issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Training and guiding team members to maintain high standards of service and guest engagement.
- Monitoring guest feedback and using this information to improve service delivery.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, and ensuring a personalized experience.
- Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for guests.
- Handling guest concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary, and ensuring follow-up to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Preparing reports on guest satisfaction and service quality, providing insights and recommendatins for improvements.
- Degree in Hotel Management or relevant Field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position in a 5-star Hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio) and the Microsoft Office
- Proactive and resourceful with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong team player who is results oriented.
