Job Summary

The Fitness Instructor manages efficiently and professionally the indoor and outdoor areas, provide assistance to guests consider their needs and preferences. Always keep an attitude of cooperation and collaboration to ensure the development of the objectives of the resort and the company as well as guest’s satisfaction.

Finally, Fitness Instructor have a high sense of customer service and communication, fluent in English (written and spoken), and know how to work under pressure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Wear the uniform provided appropriately, following the grooming and uniforms standards set by the company.

Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely.

Private personal and group sessions taking into consideration the guest needs and preferences.

To keep detailed and accurate records of guest information in a confidential manner.

Provide additional assistance when requested from the management team or colleagues.

Provide daily care at equipment of indoor and outdoor areas.

Make sure to give individual attention and assistances to guests.

Ensure efficient communication with your manager and other department to complete any special requests or services required by the guest.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of all activities, operation hours and procedure of Fitness.

Always keep an attitude of cooperation and collaboration to ensure the development of the objectives of the hotel and the company and as well as guest’s satisfaction.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Education: Degree at Department of Physical Education and Sports Science or Private Certified College

Minimum Experience: 2 years in same or similar position

Language(s)

Language: Greek

Language: English 90%

Experiences: Pilates, Personal and Group Sessions, Cross training, Spinning and Sports.
