Job Description
- Consolidation of work shifts of all departments, Interview arrangements, Support local legal issues. Responsible for implementation of Cap Ex activities, Notify self-consumptions to Back Office for the whole site, Support local authorities and keep updated files of contractor's employees(medical certificates etc)
- Update employees files, Assets controlling every 2 years - audit policy. Consolidation of overtime folders. Data entry of mobiles/ipads, Responsible for delivering all operations in the agreed time, Company papers (certifications of employment etc)
- Support Isurance processes, Plan and control cost of facilities, Organising & implementation Children Event/ New Year Event, Plan effectively Op Ex/Cap Ex based on sites needs
- Provide facilitation support for training sessions and local induction programs for new hires, as needed, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Ensures consistence with all Health & Safety rules, instructions and activities according to the Health & Safety legislation.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field (mandatory)
- Masters Degree in relevant field (desired)
- 0-1 years experience in HR/administration or relevant is desirable
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Familiarity with SAP software environment is desirable
- Organizing and prioritizing ability
- Discretion, attention to detail, accuracy
